The project is for an apartment refurbishment in a magnificent building of the 50’s by the architect Pereira da Costa. The apartment had been deeply changed. Our goal is to restore the original as much as possible, in its proportions, scales, materials and details, in its ‘atmosphere’. The original details “grammar” was used in all the new interventions. The former “solarium” above was closed in the 90’s in all apartments.
