Due to the high construction area allowed by the PDM, we propose to group the houses and therefore leave a vast landscape area free of constructions for public communal use. The houses are introverted facing courtyards. The materials are chosen to achieve minimum construction costs, provide durability and easy maintenance. A dense garden closes the plot to its contrasting surrounding spaces, that are characterized among others by industrial buildings. The entire housing complex makes use of the existing buildings for public services: concierge and maintenance services, club with a bar, restaurant and lounge, kindergarten and spaces for elderly, shopping areas, swimming-pool and playground.
