The plot is occupied with an eucalyptus plantation. It lies west of the “Bom Sucesso Resort” and will be its extension. The topography showed us the strategy for the type, shape and location of the roads and constructions, that at last seems obvious and 'natural' to us. The main principle for this project was the preservation of the topographical qualities of the site that the roads and the constructions should enhance. These constructions will lie on top of the hills and on the hillsides, keeping the remaining valley area free of constructions. The roads on top of the hills end in 3 special topographical spots. The public landscape area and the private gardens form a continuous space. All constructions will be painted white.
