The client wants to build a sports park with a football field and a swimming pool, at the “Quinta do Engenho Novo” that is located on a densely forested hillside. In our proposal the natural condition of the plot prevails and therefore the construction is reduced to its minimum. A “technical wall” with the services defines the platform for the football field. The pool will be at the current location of a water tank and refers to this image. The existing paths will be restored and complemented by new, hence redefining the connection with the plot entry.
