The houses form a U closed to outside, ensuring protection and privacy. They open only to the common western valley landscape area. The entrance is at the central courtyard with access at the south facade. At east, the rooms and laundry are opened to courtyards that ensure protection from the road. At the west wing, the kitchen and the rooms extend to the outside porch overlooking the valley. The walls are plastered and painted light green while the roof is covered with plants.
